  1. 1. So that the enemy team does not get an advantage of having a huge space to throw the frisbee into.

    2. We can try man-to-man marking or predicting where the thrower is throwing at and try to intercept it mid-air.

  2. 1. This is to prevent the opposing team from scoring quickly by using long distance passes.

    2. Our team can defend by doing man to man marking and tracing the frisbee and even forcing the opponent to throw forehand as they might be weaker at it.

  4. 1. Switching from attacking to defending quickly will prevent the opposing team from quickly passing the frisbee to their goal when our team is caught off guard, probably with no defenders at their goal.

    2. Our team can defend effectively by having man-to-man marking and forcing the opponent to do a weaker pass or pass to a less desirable position where we can intercept.
